Bathory is a film about the infamous 'vampire', Countess Elisabeth Bathory. Also known as The Blood Countess, she resided in Romania in the late 16th Century.

Bathory completed shooting at the end of August and we picture locked at the end of December. The entire project will be finished in early spring. When finished Bathory will be a 20-30 minute, 35mm color film. We are shooting on Digital Beta and all post-production will be done on digital picture and sound editing platforms.

We are an independent film production with some support, in the form of a faculty mentor and some facilities, from the University of Southern California, School of Cinema and Television. We are currently researching additional financial support in the form of grants and donations.
